About Me
I am Oluwalademi (Lademi) Aromolaran, a motivated Computer Science student at Baylor University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a secondary major in Mathematics and a concentration in Software Engineering. Recognized on the Dean’s Academic Honor’s List, I bring a strong foundation in software engineering, programming, and data-driven problem-solving. My professional experience includes serving as a Software Development Intern at Paycom, where I built a full-stack machine learning application with PyTorch, FAISS, and advanced data preprocessing techniques. Previously, as a Software Engineer – AI Consultant at Outlier AI, I trained AI models, optimized algorithms, and evaluated AI-generated content to improve performance and reliability. I also served as a Software Engineering Fellow at Headstarter AI, developing AI apps and APIs using ReactJS, NextJS, and AWS. I am actively involved in leadership and technical organizations, including serving as Nationals Planning Co-Chair for the National Society of Black Engineers Baylor Chapter, and participating in the ACM Council for Women in Computing, Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society, and ColorStack. My technical skill set spans C++, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as ReactJS and NextJS, with expertise in tools like Xcode, VS Code, and CLion. I am passionate about software engineering, machine learning, and creating impactful solutions through innovative technology. I am currently seeking summer internship opportunities to further expand my skills and contribute to cutting-edge projects.
